Judges Demand

Be Careful What You Ask For..

Our High Court Enforcement Officers attended a business recently to enforce a judgment. They spoke to one of the directors and told him they would be removing goods. The director was not happy with this, so called the police, presumably to get them to make our officers leave the building. The police duly arrived, having already checked the premises and the people who work there, including the director. As he had four outstanding warrants, the police arrested him on the spot. In his absence our officers carried on and effected a full removal.
