We made direct contact with the debtor (farmer) on behalf of an Agricultural Supplies Company and supplied the debtor with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance of £21,000.00 in two installments. The first payment was received and transferred to our Client however, the debtor then defaulted on his final installment and refused to repay the balance.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of many assets on the farm, as the debtor failed to reply to the claim form our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We then proceeded to instruct our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) who attended the debtors property. Upon attendance the HCEO noted some machinery which included a Tractor, Cultivator and a Combine Harvester on the farm which was seized and sold at auction due to the debtor failure to pay the balance.
