We made direct contact with the debtor on behalf of a Specialist Sports Car Garage and supplied the debtor with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance of £17,000.00 in two installments however, the debtor defaulted on this agreement and refused to answer any of our demands.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of many assets on the property, mainly the actual vehicle our Client had worked on. As the debtor failed to reply to the claim form our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We then proceeded to instruct our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) who attended the debtors property. Upon attendance the HCEO noted a Vehicle within the vicinity of the property, a 1981 Ferrari Mondial which was seized and sold at auction due to the debtor failure to pay the balance.
