We made direct contact with the debtor on behalf of a Specialist Car Garage and supplied the debtor with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance of £23,000.00 in three installments however, the debtor defaulted on this agreement and moved address.

We successfully traced the debtors new address within 24 hours and we attempted to resolve the matter with the debtor directly however, he ignored all our demands.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of many assets on the property, mainly the actual vehicle our Client had worked on (Ford F450 Winnebago).

As the debtor failed to reply to the claim form our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We then proceeded to instruct our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) who attended the debtors property. Upon attendance the HCEO noted a Vehicle within the vicinity of the property, a Ford F450 Winnebago which was seized and sold at auction due to the debtors failure to pay the balance.
