We made direct contact with the debtor on behalf of a local locksmith and supplied the debtor with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance in installments however, the debtor defaulted on this arrangement.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of many assets at the office.

Surprisingly, the debtor failed to reply to the claim form our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We then proceeded to instruct our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) who attended the debtors office. Upon attendance the HCEO made contact with a gentleman who refused access to the premises however, our HCEO explained that as the address is a commercial premises they can force entry through a locksmith and seize all assets, the gentleman then came out of the office and made full payment by debit card.
