Published On: 24th August 2015

We can report that we have successfully recovered £8,000.00 from a Limited Company on behalf of our Client, a Commercial Garage.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance over three months.

However, the debtor defaulted on this agreement and continued to make promises of payment but to no payment was received.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of assists registered to the debtor, the debtor failed to reply to the claim form and our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We instructed our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) to attend the debtors property. Upon attendance the HCEO noted many company vehicles parked around the address. The HCEO tried to make contact at the premises but received no answer after many attempts. The HCEO was left with no option but to seize the vehicles registered to the company and a tow truck arrived at the premises, shortly after the tow truck arrived a gentleman exited the business address and supplied payment in full by debit card.
