Judges Demand

£2,900.00 Recovered from Guarantor for Property Management Company – Testimonial Supplied

Published On: 21st September 2015

We can report that we have successfully recovered £2,900.00 from a Guarantor on behalf of our Client, a Property Management Company.

The debtor refused to make payment and advised they would defend the matter should we issue legal proceedings.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment, the debtor failed to reply to the claim form and our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We received a call from the Guarantor who was not impressed with having a CCJ against him, we advised he had an opportunity to defend this matter but a CCJ was awarded due to his failure to reply. We advised him payment must be made within 28 days from the date of Judgment if he wished for the CCJ to be removed, we have today received £2,900.00 direct in to our account.

Our Client is very happy with this outcome and has supplied us with the below testimonial.

”The service in relation to my court application for rents not paid and damages to my property has been exemplary. I have been impressed! Quickly and efficiently the matter has been dealt with and settlement made really fast. No complaints.”
