Judges Demand

£6,000.00 Recovered for Letting Agent via High Court Enforcement Officers

We can report that we have successfully recovered £6,000.00 from a Private Individual on behalf of our Client, a Letting Agent.

The debtor contacted our office and agreed to repay the balance over six months.

However, the debtor defaulted on this agreement and continued to make promises of payment but to no payment was received.

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of assets registered to the debtor, the debtor failed to reply to the claim form and our Client was awarded a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against the debtor.

We instructed our expert HCEO (High Court Enforcement Officers) to attend the debtors property. Upon attendance the HCEO noted two vehicles parked on the drive.

The HCEO tried to make contact at the address but received no answer after many attempts. The HCEO was left with no option but to seize the vehicles registered to the debtor and a tow truck arrived at the premises, shortly after the tow truck arrived a gentleman exited the address and supplied payment in full by debit card.
