Judges Demand

£27,400.00 Recovered for Marine Engineer

Published On: 17th December 2015

We can report that we have successfully recovered just over £27,400.00 from a Private Individual on behalf of a Marine Engineer in relation to products and services supplied by our Client.

We made direct contact with the debtor and supplied them with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary, the debtor offered a payment plan which was refused by our Client due to the length of time it would take to repay (2 years).

We were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceedings with a view to enforce the Judgment via HCEO as we were aware of many assets (2 x boats) registered to him.

Due to the debtor failing to make payment or respond to the claim a County Court Judgment (CCJ) was awarded in our Clients favour.

We instructed our High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO) to attend the debtors property based on the marina. Upon attendance agents met with the debtor and the debtor made full payment on a debit card to avoid seizure of a Cabin Cruiser and a Speed Boat owned by the debtor.

Our Client is extremely pleased with the outcome and payment has been transferred to them.
