We can report that we have successfully recovered £18,580.00 from a Private Individual on behalf of our Client, a Private School.

We made direct contact with the debtor and supplied them with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary, the debtor made contact following receipt of our letter but refused to make payment as his Son failed to hit some targets or pass all of his exams.

We advised that this is not a valid reason to withhold payment and payment must be received immediately.

We spoke with our Client who supplied us with a large file of papers detailing the schools efforts, lessons and extra help which was offered to the debtors Son.

As no payment was forthcoming from the debtor, we were instructed to proceed with County Court Proceeding, with a view to obtain a Charging Order against one of his many properties.

Surprisingly, the debtor failed to respond to the claim form and a Judgment was awarded in our Clients favour.

We were instructed to enforce the Judgment and we were successful in obtaining a charge against the debtors property, shortly after the charge was granted the debtor made full payment.
