Be Careful Who You Instruct To Recover Your Debts

We can report that we have successfully recovered just over £1,800.00 from a Limited company on behalf of a Private Landlord.

The debtor had made fundamental errors when issuing they issued legal proceedings on behalf of the landlord in relation to rent arrears due to him. Due to these errors the claim was actually struck out by the court and the landlord instructed us to pursue the company on this basis.

We made direct contact with the debtor on behalf of a Landlord and supplied the debtor with full evidence of the claim and outlined our Clients intentions to pursue this matter further if necessary.

The debtor contacted our office and claimed it was struck out due to a fault made by the landlord, our Client refutes this claim and instructed us to proceed with legal action.

We proceeded with County Court Proceeding and as the debtor disputed the debt the matter was allocated to a hearing. Upon the Judge hearing both parties and examining the paperwork our Client was awarded a Judgment.

The matter has now been paid in full and our Client is very happy with the result.
